Our Return Policy
We accept returns via FedEx only.
We do not accept Returns on any items as they are created per order.
Under rare circumstances and at the sole discretion of Gramercy Atelier
will we accept any items which will be credited toward a future purchase.
Returned items must be presented in the same condition as when they were received: unworn, salable, undamaged, unaltered, with original tags and packaging. Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Any Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Personalized items also cannot be returned or exchanged.
For free return shipping, initiate your return within 7 days of delivery. For returns initiated after 7 days, a $19.95 return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. When packing up your return, remove any old addresses or barcodes, and only include items from the same order. Bring your return to a FedEx or participating partner location, not a drop box. If you printed your return shipping label, you can drop off your return at any FedEx or participating partner location or FedEx drop box.
We offer price adjustments within 7 days of the purchase date for full-price items. If you see an item on sale in the same size and color after paying the original price, email us at bespoke@gramercy-atelier.com and reference the item.
Non-U.S. customers can easily return too - please email us for information.
To make sure all of our customers have the best shopping experience, we may restrict or refuse future transactions if we identify an unreasonable return pattern.

HOW DO I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER?
Your order number(s) can be found at the top right corner of your packing slip and in the subject line of your shipping confirmation email.
HOW DO I TRACK MY RETURN?
You can track the status of your return via your return confirmation email or by plugging in your tracking number (included on your FedEx receipt) at fedex.com. You’ll receive an email when your return has been processed and when we begin issuing your refund.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Returns can take 10 to 14 business days to process, and refunds to your original form of payment can take up to one additional week.
